Healthy Snack Ideas for Fall
Nourishing, tried and true snack recipes for the lunchbox or after school to help you transition into fall.
Hello September!
All week long I’ve been getting organized for back to school season. That means restocking the pantry (less ice cream cones, more canned legumes), cleaning out the fridge, and finding everything that goes into my zero-waste lunchbox.
What a summer we’ve had! I do apologise for the lack of content here on the website, but I’ve fueled my creative side, made a heap of memories with my kiddos, and am returning to work feeling relaxed and inspired.
In this new season, I lean heavily on my tried ‘n true repertoire of easy fall dinner ideas and recipes. And for the morning, I’ve got reliable roster of do-ahead favourites.
It’s the snack department where I always have to conscientiously shift from summer to fall. Less popsicles and sliced melon; more muffins, banana bread and pita chips. Simple, portable, beloved.
I’m sharing all these healthy school snack ideas below; I know you’ll be inspired!
