Monday Garden Update

L to R Top: White Turnips, Red Oak Leaf Lettuce, Lavender

Middle: Onions, Pansies, Oregano

Bottom: Purple Carrots, Radishes, Cherry Tomato Flower

The early beginnings of what promises to be a great gardening season; now if only it would warm up…!

  2. Hi Lyb- I’ll probably just do a crudite with some nice aioli.They don’t stay purple when cooked, so the best way is to serve them raw.

    HI Lynn- I do eat pansies in salads and have been known to roll them into pasta..

  3. Aimee look at your garden! Looks fantastic. Keep us updated on all the goodies! It is so hot down here now, that all I have left are my herbs, hot peppers (which are loving the hot sun) and a couple bowls of lettuce!
