Lavender Orange Honey Syrup
A fragrant, floral syrup used for sweetening tea, hot or cold.

raw liquid honey

dried lavender buds

pure vanilla extract
Instructions
Combine the honey and water in a small pot over medium heat. Bring to a boil and remove from heat.
Use a vegetable peeler to peel 5-6 strips of orange into the pot. Add the lavender, pepper and vanilla. Cover the pot and let steep for 2 hours.
Strain the syrup into a small jar. Can keep in the refrigerator for about 2 weeks.
